AI-Ding Open Core Released – January 19, 2026
A phenomenological framework for resilient reasoning and alignment without force — now freely available under CC BY 4.0
After more than forty years of reflection — inspired by Sengai Gibon’s square-triangle-circle and Zhuangzi’s Cook Ding — I am releasing the open core of AI-Ding today.
AI-Ding is a phenomenological framework for resilient reasoning and alignment without force. It maps how raw flux becomes objectified, regardable, and actionable through a lean set of markers (Canjeez) and the 3×3 Mindfield grid.
The open release includes:
Optimized 14-marker Canjeez set
Mindfield Resistance Audit (standalone diagnostic)
Cross-architecture validation report (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini)
All under CC BY 4.0 – free to use, share, and adapt with attribution.

Applications range from AI inference efficiency and safety to high-stakes decision making and regional resilience projects (e.g., community engagement tourism in Gero, Japan).
A premium Resistance Toolkit — containing the full three-layer Integrity Guards with implementable pseudo-code — is available on request, along with consulting and pilot support.

My aim remains unchanged: explore the best ways to apply this framework for the benefit of humanity, supporting relevant parties in its deployment while generating the resources needed to sustain that focus.
Thank you for your interest.
